In a tweet on Tuesday, the vocal barrister poked holes into the Deputy President's morality as he seeks to ascend to the presidency in the approaching 2022 general elections.

He accused the Deputy President of theft of public funds and land grabbing, terming him as unable to run the country.

The vocal barrister further questioned Ruto's connections and backing in the political arena, laughing off his political following over allegations of using public funds to acquire support ahead of the elections.

"He is neither ethical nor honest. Neither does he "keep" political friends but buys friends with stolen money," claimed Miguna.

"He uses stolen money and proceeds of land he has stolen from the people but he is worse than a petty thief. He is a looter and not a leader," added the former Nairobi gubernatorial hopeful

Miguna has since been at loggerheads with both Ruto and President Kenyatta over his opposition of their August 8 and October 26, 2017, reelections.

He has since embarked on a campaign to unseat them via his NRM bloc, terming them as despots who are using their positions to cling to power.
