The National Resistance Movement self declared General Dr. Miguna Miguna has received praise from the former presidential candidate Prof. James Ole Kiyiapi. Prof Ole Kiyiapi came out to loud the defiance and dedication of Miguna Miguna stating he is the kind of leader Kenya desperately needs.
Through his twitter handle on 16th March, Prof Ole Kiyiapi posted, "Miguna Miguna, is not the kind of guy who will say what the political class wants to hear - doesn't matter which side of the divide. He will say it as it is. Give it to him, he is an HONEST fellow, and the NEW broom of leadership Kenya badly needs."
This show of support and solidarity is what Miguna really needs at the moment. Dr. Miguna replied, "Thank you, @JamesOleKiyiapi, for the sentiments and solidarity message. We must liberate Kenya from the yolk of elite strangulation, culture of impunity, electoral injustice, theft of public resources and deceptive leadership. Join the Lunga Lunga Liberation Dance on March 26th."
Miguna has been on the World Tour trying to push the NRM agenda since his deportation to Canada. He received a big blow when Raila Odinga who he was supporting reconciled with President Uhuru Kenyatta who they were criticizing. He is set to return to Kenya on 26th March 2018 after the high court invalidated his deportation.
