Self declared National Resistance Movement general Dr. Miguna Miguna has said that his wife is opposed to his plans to return to Kenya.
Speaking during an interview with Nation, Miguna said that he will have to go against her wish to great a personal legacy.
“As soon as I can go. I know my wife will not be happy to hear that but some of these things you have to decide how you want to live your life and the legacy you want to leave behind," he said.
“As we speak, my lawyers have filed a petition today in the high court seeking to invalidate the purported decision of withdrawing my citizenship,” Miguna said.
The vocal lawyer was deported to Canada after taking part in the 'swearing in' of Raila Odinga on January 30. The move has seen Miguna continue his attack on President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.
