I thought these guys (Nasa lawyers) are strategists and then I realize they are completely greenhorns. What Jubilee is doing is making Nasa be very excited about the wins they are making at the courts," said Miguna.He added: "And then after the election, if there is a dispute in the presidential results, the litigation will go to the Supreme Court and if there is a dispute they will lose. And at that point, they can't criticize the court. It is quite clear but they are not being judicious in their criticism."Miguna said that Nasa should be very interrogative of the courts and shouldn't be taking anything for granted. "They are being excited just the same way they were in 2013 about IEBC, James Oswago, Isaak Hassan and then I was even suspended because of criticizing Hassan. And when after they lost in 2013, the song became, Isaack must go. Nasa should reduce the political excitement and exuberance and think like strategist," stated Miguna.
