Former Nairobi gubernatorial seat candidate Miguna Miguna on Monday slammed American ambassador to Kenya, Bob Godec.
Earlier Monday Godec congratulated NASA leaders for calling off the planed swearing in of Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka.
“NASA's decision yesterday is a positive step. We again call for a sustained, open, and transparent national conversation involving all Kenyans to build national unity and address long-standing issues,” said Godec.
Miguna later responded to Godec saying the American ambassador had no moral authority to speak about positive developments.
Miguna termed Godec as an accomplice to Jubilee Party electoral theft and barbaric police and Mungiki mass murder and genocide against unarmed civilians.
Miguna called for NASA and National Resistance Movement (NRM) to reject the ambassador's hypocrisy.
"Mr. Bob Godec, you have no moral authority to speak about "positive developments." You are an accomplice to Jubilee Party electoral theft and the barbaric police and Mungiki mass murder and genocide against unarmed civilians. NRM rejects your hypocrisy,” said Miguna in a tweet.
On Sunday evening NASA called off Raila swearing which was scheduled to take place on Tuesday in Mombasa.
