Outspoken former Nairobi gubernatorial contender Miguna Miguna has escalated his attacks on the Jubilee party over their conduct during the electioneering period.

The latest casualty of Miguna's hard hitting takes is deputy president William Ruto whom he has described as a demagogue unfit to occupy any public office."William Ruto is a demagogue who should not occupy any public office. And I will call him so on national TV because that is what he is.He is a criminal who has been tried even by the ICC for serious crimes," he said.

"He has been indicted by the local courts for stealing land which he has since returned. So for him to turn around and term the supreme court judges as 'wakora' is laughable because there is no worse 'mkora' than him,"  Miguna told NTV on Tuesday. The fiery advocate added that it was sarcastic for Ruto to claim that the Supreme Court had subverted the will of the people by nullifying the August 8 presidential results when he knew too well that there was no election held." There was no election held on August 8.The results that were being dangled on the TV screens by the Iebc were their own creation. So people like Ruto should not be telling us that the will of the people was overturned," he added.
