Opposition's National Resistance Movement (NRM) leader Miguna Miguna has revealed the ongoing bad blood between himself and deputy head of state William Ruto.
In a tweet Tuesday, the opposition activist revealed that the condition between them is so dire that they have even blocked each other on social media platforms including Twitter.
Miguna who has been vocal on the latest political moves, including the newfound romance between President Uhuru Kenyatta and National Super Alliance (NASA) leader noted that the outcome of the unity is likely to injure Ruto's 2022 presidential bid.
He, however, maintained that he is not in any way disturbed by the brewing betrayal awaiting the DDP basing on their bad relationship.
The controversial barrister also said that the biggest victim of the March 9 reunion is the Kenyans, revealing the duo's plans to jointly manipulate them for personal political reasons.
"I do not feel sorry for William Ruto. We have even blocked each other on twitter. I feel sorry for Kenyans whom Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga are trying to manipulate," he said.
The unity between the two leaders is also causing jitters in Ruto's quarters, with a section of his allies linking it to the ongoing executive expansion push sponsored by Odinga's allies.
They have termed it a plan to paralyze Ruto's bid to succeed President Kenyatta.
