On learning this, NRM general Miguna Miguna who is in Canada commented on the move saying it was a big blow to the other three principals Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetangula and Kalonzo Musyoka being that they were not invited for the meeting.

He added that the three co-principals haven't shaken any hands with any prominent leader since they pulled out of NASA insinuating that Odinga is mysterious and his moves are difficult to interpret.

"ODM leader in Kabarak, meeting with former president Moi & his son Gideon. This is a blow to the 3 musketeers who were not invited. They just can't understand this ENIGMATIC person Raila. Actually they haven't shaken anyone's hands since pulling out of NASA," Miguna said in a tweet on Thursday.

Kenyans have since reacted to Odinga's move to meet the former president with a good number criticizing him, others trying to draw their own meaning out of the meeting and others applauding him for the move.
