Miguna took issue with the continued handshakes spearheaded by Kenyatta, Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto, arguing that the trio has now become infatuated with the trend. The National Resistance Movement (NRM) self-declared general mocked the three leaders, stating that the President should now consider creating the 'ministry of handshakes'.He slammed the trio, accusing them of focusing on the handshakes instead of upholding the rule of law and ensuring justice for all Kenyans."....@UKenyatta, now that you and your fake brother @RailaOdinga and the dumped DP @WilliamsRuto are so infatuated with hand cheques at the expense of respecting court orders, the rule of law, constitution, and justice for all Kenyans, create the MINISTRY OF HAND CHEQUES," tweeted Miguna on Friday.Miguna has remained opposed to the reconciliations, noting that they have very little effect on the nation which is still grappling with cases of social and electoral injustice, almost two months after the mega declaration. He has also since taken issue with Kenyatta's recent calls for national forgiveness, noting that it must be preceded by sincere apologies and confessions.
