National Resistance Movement (NRM) general in charge of operations has dismissed president-elect Uhuru Kenyatta's awaiting swearing-in ceremony set for next Tuesday.

The former Nairobi gubernatorial loser said being sworn in is not a big deal and well not deter NRM's activities.

Miguna said even dictators and despots had been sworn in and hence the ceremony is not a legitimacy exercise.

“Being sworn in is not a big deal. It doesn't vest LEGITIMACY on despotic imposters like Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto. Robert Mugabe, Idi Amin Dada, Mobutu Sese Seko, Jean-Bedel Bokassa and Adolf Hitler had all been sworn-in. #NRM is not backing down! #Resist #RailaReturns,” Miguna posted on social media.

Miguna, who joined the Opposition recently, has been hitting out at the Jubilee coalition.

The Opposition has said it will not recognize Uhuru's win.
