The National Resistance Movement general Miguna Miguna shortly after terming Raila’s refusal to take oath as a big mistake by the opposition leader has announce his new plan that leaves out NASA coalition.
Miguna had earlier over the weekend expressed his frustration in the ODM party leader's decision at the Maanzoni Lodge in Machakos turning down the desire to have him sworn in as president.
Through hid social media, the resistance general seemingly has a plot to lead the National Resistance Movement (NRM) on Tuesday into an unidentified political activity in Nairobi without involving the National Super Alliance (NASA).
“I will be in Nairobi on Tuesday, November 28th, 2017. #NRM must chart the way forward OUTSIDE @CoalitionNASAKe. Let's remain focused, disciplined and fearless. We must defeat the despotic duo,” said Miguna in a tweet.
A number who raised concern about the statement were left without answers as to whether he was still willing to work with the opposition’s central engine led by Mr. Odinga.
He said he would not turn up for the NASA rally scheduled to take place at Jacaranda grounds but will instead stand tough on the streets as a fearless general. Seemingly, the vocal politician was angered by the abandon of the swearing in plan, whose script he is reported to have been drafting in the company of James Orengo and Muthama.
Earlier, he harshly criticized the media for only reporting that he had deemed Raila’s decision as a big mistake and that none of them had sought his view as to why he took such a stand yet the ODM party leader had only asked for caution.
