In a tweet on Saturday, the National Resistance Movement (NRM) self-declared general once again rubbished Uhuru's presence in Canada for this year's G7 summit, portraying the head of state as a misplaced individual in the event.

He claimed that instead of engaging in issues of global importance like his mates from America, Europe and Asia, Uhuru and a section of his African counterparts are busy with non-beneficial issues, alleging that they have shifted their attention to beer and women.''As Canadian, United States, United Kingdom, French, German, Italian and Japanese leaders meet at the G7 in Charlevoix, Quebec City and protesters march on the streets, clueless African leaders' like Uhuru Kenyatta are sampling Whiskey and mistresses in 7-star hotels at our expense,'' reported the embattled barrister. The controversial former Nairobi gubernatorial hopeful has lately been in the front line in criticizing President Uhuru whom he has accused of imposing himself on the Kenyans.Miguna has maintained that President Uhuru was invalidly elected. The President left the county for the summit on Tuesday and arrived in Quebec on Wednesday, with the event which kicked off on Friday set to end on Saturday.
