Former World Heavyweight Champion Mike Tyson and NBA legend Magic Johnson are set to visit Kenya later this year.

Confirming the visit, the ministry of sports through twitter stated that the two will be in the country for a major boxing bout at Kasarani Stadium in November this year.

“Former World champs Mike Tyson and Michael Moorer and basketballer Magic Johnson come to Kenya in November 2016 for Major Boxing Bout at Kasarani,” the Ministry said on its official Twitter page.

Tyson and Johnson will be accompanied by another former boxing champion, Michael Moorer.

Tyson became the youngest World Heavyweight Champion aged 20 in 1985.

He simultaneously held World Boxing Association, World Boxing Council and International Boxing Federation titles.

Magic Johnson is one of the most famous world basket ball players after playing for LA Lakers for 13 consecutive seasons.
