Homeboyz Ladies rugby club have signed Millicent Opala from Northern Suburbs.

Opala featured side during the second leg of the KRU Women’s league that was played on Sunday.

Homeboyz team manager Simon Odongo confirmed the signing.

“She is a good player and we are happy to have her on our side. She will play a key role in helping the team winning the remaining legs of the women’s league which is our target”.

Opala was part of the Suburbs side that won the 2016 edition of the women’s league beating close rivals Mwamba Ladies and Nakuru Ladies.

She joins an Homeboyz side that signed majority of the players who played for Quins Queens before it was disbanded.
