[Photo|Gladys Wanga]Mbita lawmaker Millie Odhiambo has told off Donald Trump's US government, after it warned opposition leader Raila against his plans to swear himself in as Kenya's president.Odinga's swearing in was postponed to 2018 from December 12 following consultations. The US government has since issued warning to Odinga that he risks ruining his legacy once he goes ahead and swear himself in.Millie Odhiambo who is an ODM MP dismissed the warning saying American does not care about Odinga's legacy but rather its business interets in Kenya. He posted the below message, Thursday:"The US foreign policy under Trump's administration can be summed up to " America First". When you hear them telling Jakom to think about his legacy, they are merely saying your swearing in is not good for America's business in Kenya- especially the multibillion contract rumored to have been negotiated as our supporters were being slaughtered like meat for nyamachoma. If they were actually bothered about Jakom's legacy, they would have spoken at the point the police were swatting our supporters like flies. The only legacy of concern to me right now is Legacy Bookshop run by Aoko Midiwo my good friend."
