Suba North MP Millie Odhiambo has released a list of Kenya's top Judges and lawyers she says she sat in the same class with at the Kenya School of Law.
Odhiambo is a human rights lawyer who joined politics in 2008 after taking a brief stint in community work.
Some of Kenya's top Judges who schooled with her include Supreme Court Judge Justice Isaac Lenaola who was among Judges who quashed President Uhuru Kenyatta's August 8 re-election after opposition chief Raila Odinga challenged his victory.
Others are Justice Francis Tuiyot, Justice James Wakiaga, Justice Wilfrida Okwany, Justice Luka Kimaru, Justice Roselyne Aburili, Njonjo Mue, lawyers Harun Ndubi, Caroli Omondi and the chairman, Independent Police Oversight Authority (IPA) Macharia Njeru.
Also in the list are lawyers who are now MPs. They are Anthony Kiai (Mukurweini MP), Ole Kenta Moitalel (Narok North) Aduma Owuor (Nyakach) Mombasa Senator Mohamed Fakhi, lawyers Rose Abincha Lumumba, Ahmednasri Abdullahi, Caro Agengo, Machakos Senator Boniface Kabaka and Onyang'o Oloo (Kisumu County Assembly Speaker).
Others are lawyers Alice Soi, Winnie Lichuma who is the Chairperson of The National Gender and Equality Commission, Deputy DPP Dorcas Owuor, lawyer Wachira Maina, ambassador Koki Muli, lawyer Patrick Ochwa, Justice Millicent Odeny and Justice Joseph Sergon.
To close the list are Kenya Airports Authority Managing Director Lucy Mbugua, Justice Thripsisa Cerere, Justice Erick Ogola, Justice Francis Gikonyo, Rebecca Miano (CEO KenGen), Mary Wangari (Secretary Equity Bank) and Josephine Wambua who is the President of the Federation of Women Lawyers in Kenya (FIDA).
