The Cabinet Secretary of Education Fred Matiang'i has said that the education ministry is going to do all it takes to curb cheating.
Speaking in Masongo Secondary School in Nyaribare Chache, Matiang'i said that this year examination will be invigilated with utmost care and seriousness to curb any cheating.
Speaking to the students and locals in a fundraiser for the institution, Matiang'i said that his ministry is not going to tolerate any forms of cheating and his ministry is going to put elaborate measures to ensure that cheating is curbed in schools.
In attendance with the Cabinet Secretary were Richard Tong'i of Nyaribare Chache constituency, Stephen Manoti of Bobasi constituency, Charles Nyachae formerly of Constitution Implementation Commission (CIC), Kula Hache, the county officer of Kisii among other leaders.
The CS donated Sh5 million shilling from the ministry to the institution's building progress.
