Mombasa Women Representative Mishi Mboko and family, are a happy lot.
This is after her daughter, Hafidha, got married at a colourful Muslim wedding that was attended by friends, relatives and colleagues.
Governor Ali Hassan Joho and Jomvu MP Twali Badi, were among guests who witnessed the wedding, which resembled a royal marriage.
Mboko, a strong ODM MP could not hide her joy, as she saw her daughter marrying the love of her life, Tariq, Saturday.
Joho congratulated the newly weds and family, saying: ''I congratulate Mishi Mboko and her family on the wedding of her daughter Hafidha to Tariq.''
"I wish the newlyweds a very happy and fruitful marriage as they start a new chapter in life,'' he added.
