After his campaign materials were destroyed, Kesses Constituency parliamentary hopeful Swarrup Mishra has called for tolerance.
Unknown people destroyed campaign murals and two billboards belonging to the MP, along Eldoret-Nairobi highway, near Annex and another at Hill School on the Kisumu road.
Mishra now says he has forgiven those behind the incident, but warned youth to be cautious not to be used by the politicians.
“There people who destroyed the billboards and I have forgiven them. This is the campaign period and I want to call youth whom I have worked with them in initiating projects in Kesses Constituency to desist from acts that politicians my use for their selfish gain,” he said.
According to Mishra, he is dedicated only for service to the people and will inject new leadership if elected
“I am totally committed in coming to serve you. Already you have seen how we have initiated projects and helped several women and youth groups. Please let us buy ideas that will develop us,” he said.
