The Mediheal Group of Hospitals Chief Executive noted that with the changing trends in Information Communication and Technology (ICT) there was need for not only teachers but also students to have access to unlimited internet services.
"I will work to see that we've at least one electronic library on top of each school getting a Wi-Fi as I believe this will enable teachers and students to be at par with the rest of the world on education matters," noted Dr Mishra.
"I will also work on improving sanitations at all public schools to ensure our children learn in a clean environment free from waterborne diseases," he added.
Mishra popularly known as Kiprop arap Chelule further said he plans to set up special training facilities that will help locals who were unlucky to get proper education are trained on skills that can positively impact on their livelihoods.
"We are looking at the possibility of having the facilities that can train locals on plumbing, carpentry, hairdressing, electricians among others so that even that person who didn't go to school can have a skill he/she can use to earn a living," he said.
