A student from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, who went missing on Saturday, was found at the Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital in Nairobi.
Beth Andiengo, 22, was involved in an accident while on her way from the University to Citam, Buruburu where she was to attend a choir practice.
According to Noah Otieno who is her uncle and who had reported about her disappearance, told the Press that Andiengo was found in Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital where she was taken by Good Samaritans after being involved in an accident.
"I have just come from the hospital and I can confirm that she is in good condition. She is recovering very well but she is unable to talk due to the injuries that she suffered on her upper jaw," Noah told the press.
Otieno said that Andiego together with some other 6 people were involved in the accident that took place on Thika Road, where a Lorry and a Matatu collided.
"The Good Samaritans rushed them to Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital but since they were unable to contact their families, we did not get any report or message about their whereabouts until we visited the hospital earlier today,” he said.
He added that they had gone to the area police station and had been told that the accident was not reported, but officers assured that they had launched the investigations to find out more about the accident and why it was not reported at all.
