They have accused him of using public property as a privately owned thing.

This is after the residents learned that during the arrest of Kisii blogger, Kefah Onyinkwa who was later transported to the police station using a CDF vehicle and not a police or his own vehicle.

Speaking at Suneka CDF hall, the constituents questioned the officers in charge of the CDF offices to explain why the CDF vehicle was used and not a police vehicle.

"EACC must intervene and investigate this matter. Bonchari CDF must explain why they used a vehicle meant to help constituents and used it to carry out personal errands. Opore claimed to be defamed on social media, he was to use his means and not public property to arrest the culprit," said Elijah Omweri.

Omweri noted that the move to use a public property in personal matters is total impunity and should be condemned at all cost.

"How comes Opore is allowing such things happen under his leadership. When the constituents want the vehicle to help them in funerals, CDF officials directs them to fuel the vehicle and now who fueled the CDF vehicle to Nairobi to take the culprit who Opore claimed to have defamed his name through social media. Public money and property should be taken care of to benefit everyone and not an individual," argued George Onditi.

Onditi added that it has taken long for them to learn that CDF officials under the leadership of Opore are misusing public money and property for their own interest while constituents suffer in villages.   ‎
