Thank you CJ @dkmaraga for STANDING UP and DEMANDING that the state COMPLY with the LAW and JUDICIAL ORDERS
@NelsonHavi
CJ Maraga has asserted independence and authority of the Judiciary. It is now up to Judge Luka Kimaru to order the arrest of and jail IG Boinnet and DCI Kinoti. Civilians will execute the conviction and sentence without any charge.
@MuthuiMkenya
CJ Maraga " should spare us his cheap antics. He killed democracy when he failed to safeguard the October 26th election and went on to swear in an illegitimate president.
@Machukah
CJ Maraga to Government; Obeying court orders is optional.Does he mean "swearing in" is also optional? Double standards 😎
@geofryosogo
Cj maraga should stop crying foul.he should reap from the illigitimate government,he sworn in,when they violet their court orders.
@DaveWangari
Cj Maraga, Someone swearing himself in!! Illegally, & defying a Courts for reasonable reasons. Which is more serious? Sometimes i wonder which schools you went to. Wolves in sheep clothing.
@ruth_bolo
Someone remind CJ Maraga injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere!Jubilee has shown us there is no need to respect the court, hence no need to go to court and in the long run no need for the police unit
@ruth_bolo
CJ Maraga's statement is a case of too little too late! It's too weak & will be another item for the JP errand boys 2 sweep under their carpet!When IEBC was in contempt of court, he should've taken action to serve as a lesson to the rest!
