Coast based Football Club Modern Coast Rangers has confirmed that the club needs a new coach following the departure of Ahmed Mohammed popularly known as Mohaa to KPL side Wazito FC. The Club's secretary general Ferdinand Ogot has confirmed that the Club has been holding talks with a number of applicants who applied for the job and the new coach will be unveiled before the end of January 2018."Negotiations are at an advanced stage to acquire a new coach. We have held interviews with several interested coaches with different qualifications and experience and by the new year we shall unveil a new head coach and his assistant, he stated," Ogot stated as reported by Futaa.comOgot disclosed that the new head coach who will be picked will be in charge of the club for the new 2018 season which begins on 8 January. He earlier confirmed the exit of Mohaa to the Kenya Premier League newbies Wazito FC as the assistant head coach. Ogot said they had to free Mohaa for greener pastures.
