[Photo: PSCU]Baringo senator Gideon Moi has once again endorsed President Uhuru Kenyatta, as he seeks his second term in office.The KANU chairman asked his electorates, to vote for the president, who was in the county, for a Jubilee Party campaign tour, Sunday.Addressing residents in Eldama Ravine, Moi who seeks re-election on his party, assured Kenyatta that Baringo and Kanu supporters would vote for him as the president.This is after Kanu declared support for Uhuru, over the Opposition's Nasa.Kanu also has aspirants countrywide, for various posts. The party's leadership said it would nominate candidates for various posts, except for the presidency.Also present, was Baringo North MP William Cheptumo, who assured that residents of the County were firmly behind the leadership of Jubilee.“Just like the way our people supported you in 2013, I want to assure President Kenyatta that this time round the numbers will be much more for Jubilee than the last elections,” said Cheptumo.On his part Uhuru hailed the party for supporting him, and pledged to ensure Baringo residents' issues are addressed.
