KANU chairman Gideon Moi has launched a scathing attack on the majority leader Aden Duale for insulting him incessantly.
While speaking at Kapchepkor village in Baringo North, on Monday, April 30, the Baringo Senator told off the Garissa Member of Parliament for continuously assaulting him over the 2022 succession politics.
The senator challenged Duale instead of engaging in petty politics to focus on selling the Jubilee agenda that would positively impact the livelihood of Kenyans.
"I want to ask people, especially our leaders, I have never insulted anyone, why would you wake up and start insulting me?” he asked
The senator accused Duale of looking for political mileage through launching incessant insults on him since he ( the senator) has never insulted anyone.
“Talking about me won’t help. I know that earns you little mileage. However, you should sell your ideologies and let the people decide,” he stated.
The senator is among those leaders who have declared to gun for the presidency in 2022.
The senator is facing aggressive criticism from Jubilee party members aligned to Deputy President William Ruto as the race to succeed Uhuru takes shape.
