Nassir is Governor Joho's (ODM Deputy Leader) close confidant even as he (Nassir) seeks to succeed Joho come 2022 even as Joho faces opposition from Kalonzo in 2022.
The delegation was received by Baringo Senator and Kanu chairman - Gideon Moi and Kanu Secretary General - Nick Salat.
Nassir disclosed that they discussed the state of the Kenyan nation and stability and wished Moi well.
Pundits said Nassir's presence was not in vain but represented Joho.
However, Kalonzo downplayed the meeting, saying he also plans to visit former President for blessings.
He said he would meet Moi in due course as he seeks to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta.
