[Photo/the-star.co.ke]Dr. Wilson Aruasa, the chief executive officer of the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, has weighed in on the raging debate on what is behind the series of fatal carnage on Kenya's roads.According to the Dr. Aruasa, the cause of these deaths on roads is fatigue and negligence on the part of passengers.''PSV owners are keen to make profits at any cost. Drivers are overworked leading to fatigue that reduces their concentration on the wheel. Passengers fail to exercise caution, boarding vehicles without stopping to ask if they are roadworthy,'' Dr. Aruasa says.He has called on PSV owners not to put profits ahead of safety. He also requested travelers to exercise caution.*Is there a newsworthy accident, incident or event happening in Uasin Gishu County that you want Hivisasa to cover?
