Barely a day after news emerged that the 2017 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) candidates selected to join Moi University will report for admission on January 22, 2019, the institution has now come out through its official website to announce that the first years will be admitted on August 27 of this year.
"Management of Moi University wish to assure the incoming GSSP first-year students that they are reporting on August 27, 2018," the statement which was published on 4th May read.
The university urged the students to ignore the initial news of the first years reporting in January 2019.
In addition, the students were advised to visit the official university website for news and updates concerning the admission.
"Management advises students to always visit official Moi University website and Facebook page or send their inquiries to email: info@mu.ac.ke. All their queries shall be responded to accordingly," stated the notice.
