Students taking Agri-business Management courses in Moi University, Eldoret Campus have been re-located to Kitale.
The institution has moved its School of Agriculture that was initially located in Eldoret to Moi University's Kitale town Campus.
The department offers Agricultural courses and related studies.
The students' relocation comes amid the need to have the Kitale Campus transformed as an Agriculture campus.
The students have been received warmly by their counterparts in Kitale who are taking Agricultural Economics and Resource Management course.
These are some of the welcoming messages the students received through a popular WhatsApp group of the Agri-Econ students in Kitale campus.
"Highly welcomed fellow comrades, Kitale campus is a place to be," said Victor Chumba.
"VC (meaning vice chancellor) good step! Agri students should all be at Kitale which is an agricultural area where we shall gain more farming experience," Okoth noted.
"Karibuni sana our long lost brothers and sisters to this prestigious Kitale Campus," said Kevin Kimani, popularly known as KK by his fellow students.
"Kitale si itabamba sasa...welcome so much fellow comrades...Kitale pia ni kusoma," noted Kwamboka.
"Agriculture lazima ifanywe Kitale si kwa ghorafa...anyway welcome wazito," Kenstar Kiptoo said.
"Hope ratio ya ladies to men will not be affected....anyway masomo mbele...welcome comrades," Bonface Nyantari posted.
The moved students appreciated their fellow comrades' warm welcome.
Most of them said they hope to 'feel at home'.
