[Photo/citizentv.co.ke]Moi University has found itself in a difficult position after the Council of Legal Education barred the institution from offering legal courses effective from December 2017.The move has caused students admitted at the institution's law school great panic with many wondering what next for them.In a list of institutions approved to offer legal education made public by CLE, Moi University conspicuously missed.This is not the first time that the council has barred Moi University from providing legal education. In 2016, the institution won a legal battle against the council.
