The Kenya Medical Training institute Molo campus is set to open its doors to students in 10 days time.

Molo MP Jacob Macharia said the campus has allocated 50 slots for eligible students within Nakuru County to study diploma in nutrition.

Speaking on Friday in the area, he said the new campus will help in raising literacy levels and satisfying the quest for higher education for students with an inclination in pursuing medical courses.

“We have now reserved for Molo constituency and in extension Nakuru County a class of 50 students for Diploma in Nutrition at the Molo campus for admission in 10 days. We welcome applications for direct admission to the government sponsored regular category on a first come first serve basis,” he later posted in his Facebook page.

Those applying must fulfill the following conditions: Have attained a mean grade of C plain in KCSE with average score of C plain in either English or Kiswahili, C plain in Biology and C minus in either Physics, Maths, Chemistry or Agriculture.
