The trio- two Ugandans and Kenyan-woman have been accused of attempting to defraud the public with their 'magic'.

The two men brought business to a standstill in Bamburi, Mombasa after they stripped naked and started dancing while speaking in tongues.

Police have said that the three wanted to lure the residents of the area with fake supernatural powers to defraud them.

Kisauni OCP Christopher Rotich has confirmed the arrest of the three, saying that they wanted to defraud innocent Kenyans.

He also said that they will face charges of being found in possession of a snake, contravening the Kenya Wildlife Society (KWS) laws.

The owner of the car at the center of the whole drama had asked the thieves to give him Sh100,000 before they could

be released.

The owner, a lady, said that she was happy following the recovery of the vehicle before the arrest was made, adding that she does not want the two arraigned in court before things became uglier.

“I don’t need a case, the only thing I want the world to know is that there are bad and good people. The thieves are in the police station. I am waiting for them to come out and give me my Sh100,000.”
