In the passed one week Mombasa has recorded high temperatures going above 30 degrees Celsius. Both the nights and the days are too hot at the moment. This is negatively affecting love making for married men and women because:

Couples are not sharing the bed

If couples cannot share the bed then love making cannot happen. Some are sleeping at the balcony because of the increased temperatures.

"My husband must know it is not my wish to insist on sleeping on the floor, i even sometimes decide to sleep at the balcony leaving him alone on bed, i thank God because he understands the situations" One woman narrates to her fellow women at Marikiti market.

There is no desire for each other

Couples are saying that coming closer to each other triggers sweating in the early night. They are now preferring to watch till late night when the temperatures have cooled before they engage in love making.

"With me champion's league is a working trick, i prefer to watch Barcelona vs Chelsea, Manchester United vs Sevilla and the likes, till late night before i join my wife in bed. By that time the ocean breezes would have cooled down these high temperatures" One man said to other men at the Kenya Ferry waiting bay.
