Kaa La Moto, one of Mombasa’s celebrated rapper has wedded his longtime girlfriend Zubeidah Abdulrakman.
In an Arabic-themed wedding that took place in the populous Kisimani area after the evening Muslim prayers, the two lovebirds exchanged vows in an event attended by who’s-who in Mombasa showbiz.
“I told you it will be a celebration and I am glad actors, artistes, promoters, club owners and a few politicians coma around,” said the rapper.
Some of the famed musicians and actors who graced the event included Susumila, MC Gates, Johnny Skani, as well as Sebene star Amoury Beyby.
“I have married my friend and if I were to do it again, I’ll still pick her,” the Karate fanatic said.
The rapper caused a stir in 2014, when he declared himself the hottest rapper in the game.
“I am good in music and that has seen me win the Best Hip Hop Award at the Coast Awards and numerous other awards in Tanzania,” he said then.
“Having worked with Kidis, Susumila, Ally B, and Dogo Richie among others, I can confirm that I am the hottest emcee at the moment. No one comes close,” he teased.
