Appeal cases on extradition of former Cabinet Minister Chris Okemo and former Kenya Power and Lighting Company boss Samuel Gichuru have been adjourned by three appellate judges.
An adjournment was granted on grounds that the appellants were not ready for the hearing and were granted 21 days to file written submissions.
The prosecution was also given 21 days to respond to the submissions and hearing dates are too be taken there after.
The DPP was ready to continue with the hearing of the two appeals.
The appellants are to face charges in Jersey Island relating to money laundering.
