Ijara Member of National Assembly Sophia Abdi Noor has called on NASA and Jubilee leaders to dialogue so as to assure Kenyans of a smooth fresh Presidential elections on the 26th October.Speaking after officially flagging off water tanks and animal feeds to various parts of her constituency, Sophia said the Supreme Court ruling was very clear that the elections should be conducted in sixty days and no one should deny Kenyans that constitutional right.Sophia who was elected on Party of Development and Reforms (PDR) an affiliate of Jubilee Party warned NASA against attacking IEBC officials in some parts of the country as they prepare for the elections.She said NASA leaders were applying constitutional clauses on areas favorable to them leaving out others a reason she said was to blame for the chaotic demonstrations being witnessed in various parts of the country.Sophia added that in any country that plunges into turmoil, it was only the women and children who are affected.The legislator urged residents of her constituency to turn up in large numbers during the repeat polls and vote for Uhuru Kenyatta saying those who were not willing to vote to remain back at their homes and maintain peace.She said elections will go on despite persistent campaigns from the opposition to call for elections boycott in their strongholds saying in some countries the opposition have boycotted elections but were conducted and the winner declared.She reminded her constituents that it will not be easy for her to deliver as she had promised during her campaigns if they fail to vote for Uhuru next week.
