Nominated MP Godfrey Osotsi has threatened to sue ANC chairman Kelvin Lunani.
The lawmaker has accused Lunani of defamation following a statement issued on Thursday.
This is after Lunani accused Osotsi of working with Jubilee to destabilize ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi's 2022 presidential ambitions.
He said the statement was full of malice and innuendos claiming that it was authored by party leader Musalia Mudavadi's private secretary Kibisu Kabatesi.
"If I were you, I would not run this story because what is contained here is defamatory. I have seen the statement and I know that it was written by Kabatesi. We cannot run a party like this," the ex-ANC secretary-general told the
