Slightly a day after COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli dismissed he decision by KNUT to dismiss Wilson Sossion, a number of leaders within teaching fraternity have aired their concerns.
For months now, the flamboyant trade unionist has been battling internal wrangles some waged from his former close confidants.
And Nyamira Kuppet Secretary General Sam Omosa has implicated Jubilee leadership of hunting Sossion unfairly.
"This is pure witch hunt that is based on personal vendetta. Jubilee is fighting innocent people and we cannot allow this trend to continue," he said.
Masaba North KNUT Deputy Secretary James Oteki said they will stand with Sossion, who is currently ODM nominated MP.
"We should not say he has two jobs. He is in parliament to defend all workers. He should be allowed to continue protecting us," he said.
While KNUT National Executive Council maintains that Sossion remains suspended, he has however rubbished the claims.
