Leaders have been falling over themselves to condemn the treatment of firebrand lawyer and socio-political commentator Miguna Miguna.
Kiminini MP Chris Wamalwa condemned what happened at JKIA, calling it very unfortunate.
''We condemn very strongly what happened to Miguna Miguna at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport yesterday. It could happen to anyone,'' a seething Wamalwa said.
''It is very wrong. If they can do that to Miguna, a known person, imagine what they can do to an ordinary Kenyan,'' Tongaren MP Eseli Simiyu said.
The two leaders were speaking on different mainstream television stations today (Tuesday) in the morning.
Their strong words come in the context of mounting public interest in Miguna's dramatic arrival in Kenya yesterday.
