A section of leaders from Nyamira County have joined ousted MCA Damaris Mouni in condemning 'rot' within the ODM party.
Ms Mouni had been kicked out of the assembly by Nyamira court before securing orders from High Court that barred her challenger, Irene Nyakerario from assuming office as the party's official representative in local assembly.
Youth leaders led by Dennis Marube, on Friday accused Raila for overseeing graft within the party, adding that they will oppose Ms Nyakerario's nominations.
"It is sad that Raila has remained silent over the matter. The party is busy imposing to us an outsider while the party who campaigned his being condemned to oblivion.
"We must fight this gallantly and our party leader should avoid double speak. We want justice and that is a demand," said Marube.
While Mouni will continue serving before her appeal is heard and determined, the ODM party has however maintained that she is a stranger in the assembly.
The local assembly adjourned last week when the two ladies claimed a nomination to the assembly with the speaker, Moffat Teya, mounting accusations to the Orange party leadership.
