Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is under pressure to ditch NASA following Raila Odinga's surprise deal with Uhuru Kenyatta.
Although the particulars of the deal are not yet out, multiple sources indicate that a grand coalition government could be in making.
But the deal has not gone well with a section of Wiper leaders from Nyamira, who now accuse Raila of shortchanging them.
"It is now evident that Raila is not keen to appreciate Kalonzo's support for all these years. He has taken our support for granted and this is the time to quit," said Victor Swanya, Wiper national Vice Chair.
On his part, Borabu MP Ben Momanyi said: "The old man has yet again shortchanged us. This is the time for Kalonzo to think about the future without Raila.:
Despite the disgruntles, Kalonzo is yet to come out public on the MoU even after indicating that he was not part of the NASA deal.
Infighting within the opposition are synonymous in recent days given the much anticipated Raila's retirement in 2022.
