Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka's decision to skip Raila Odinga's inauguration has continued to elicit sharp criticism from among top NASA players.
Last week, Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo warned that the Ex-Vice President could lose support base following his 'improper actions'.
"It was such a bad decision and will haunt him in future. Heneeds to be strong and steadfast," he said.
As a rejoinder, Klaonzo claimed that he had been put under house arrest, a claim that the police have denied.
But Borabu MP Ben Momanyi says Kalonzo's actions were irredeemable and could substantially affect his 2022 ambitions.
"At first he insisted that he would go and we had to go. Cowards do not last for long and time has come for him to own the mistake," he said.
Kitutu Masaba politician Victor Swanya said: "I think that was blow to Wiper party and our leader should have consulted more."
Although it is difficult ascertain repercussion on Kalonzo's omission, Suba North MP Millie Odhiambo was quoted saying 'ODM will not pay political debts' in future.
