Homa Bay Senator Moses Kajwang is the chair of Senate's Public Accounts Committee.

Jubilee Party's Mithika Linturi will deputise the ODM senator from the Opposition's constitutional watchdog committee.

The two leaders have assured the committee will discharge its oversight duties in a bipartisan manner and hold governors accountable for Kenyans.

The goal is to realise value for county funds.
