Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has claimed that Cord leader Raila Odinga is to blame for lack of rains in the country.
According to Kuria, while Odinga is in the country, unfortunate events occur but when away everything works normally.
Currently, Odinga is out of the country touring the United States.
“How come that good things happen only when this man (Raila) is out of the Country. Last week the president came to parliament and addressed us without the usual whistleblowers and hecklers, the prolonged lectures strike was ended. The rains have started in some places,” said Kuria.
Kuria was speaking on Sunday at Gathoge Trading Centre in Gichugu Constituency.
