Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has expressed disappointment with the NASA fraternity after they refunded the money he had sent to the NASA paybill number.
Speaking through his Facebook page on Monday, the outspoken legislator said he acknowledged the refund and said the reason could have been that NASA was bankrolled by millionnaires across the country.
"Dear NASA. I hereby acknowledge your refund of my Ksh5 contribution to your Paybill. I had donated in good faith. Though disappointed, I can perfectly understand. Rosemary Odinga foundation has Ksh583 million, Kalonzo Musyoka Foundation has Ksh270 million. The Mpesa contributions made to pay teachers when they were on strike has Ksh170 million," he said.
"The Bible says: 'Those who have more will be given'. And to the poor, "Even that which they think they have will be taken away and given to those who have!'. Have a blessed week," he added.
