Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has said he owes nobody any explanation over a Facebook post he made about the slain IEBC official Chris Msando.
The MP on Tuesday said said social media users are not security officers and that he will therefore not bow to any pressure to explain the circumstances under which he received a tip off from the public about Msando's car found parked in near the TRM in Nairobi."I owe nobody any explanations. The media and social media are not part of the police and I refuse to be dragged into this political circus. It will be an exercise in futility... what will happen after explaining myself to you?" Kuria said in an interview as quoted by The Standard. In the controversial post, Kuria referred to the slain officer as an idiot and claimed he wasa enjoying good times with a woman yet the country was looking for him all over.Later, Msando was found dead, something that prompted the MP to pull down his post.
