Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has claimed the opposition National Super Alliance is planning to make Mombasa the nerve of election rigging.
According to Kuria, the opposition is stuffing ballot papers in the coastal town.
He made the allegations when he led campaigns in Mombasa.
He further claimed that the opposition used the tactic in 2013.
He alleged that during the March 4, 2013, general election, the coastal county 'registered the highest number of rigged votes'.
"This is the county where massive rigging was orchestrated. This time round, we are going to stand guard and protect our votes," he said.
"No single Jubilee vote will be stolen," said Kuria.
He was with Suleiman Shahbal (Governor candidate) and Hazel Katana who is eying the Mombasa senator seat.
