Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has observed that National Resistant Movement General Miguna Miguna's problem is as a result of his failure to listen.
Kuria on his Facebook post said that he had spoken to Miguna's lawyers who revealed that they had advised him on the right path to follow only for him to refuse.
"The biggest problem with my friend Miguna Miguna is that he doesn't listen. I have spoke to his lawyers. Contrary to what they are saying in public, in private they have given him the right advice but he won't listen," posted Kuria.
The controversial MP however offered Miguna a solution to his woes if he was serious about wanting to come back to Kenya.
He advised Miguna to fill in and sign the citizenship regularisation papers and send them to Kenya.
Kuria even offered to take the papers to Nairobi and bring them back to Dubai, process his (Miguna) exit, visa and return with him back to Kenya.
He said Miguna could also choose to proceed with his flight to Nairobi but pre-sign his instant visa application form and surrender his Canadian Passport to the authorities.
"That way he could be home sooner than he thought," said the jubilee MP who added that if Miguna wasn't interested in following his advise then he should prepare to be holed up in his Dubai hotel for the next 36 months.
"These people have got enough money to keep you around if you insist on your theatrics and drama", said Kuria.
