The Kenya police has launched a probe into Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria and Ferdinand Waititu over hate speech remarks.
The two were caught on camera making inflammatory remarks against the Luo community.
Kuria is said that Cord leader, Raila Odinga should be assassinated and Waititu stated that all Luos need to be circumcised.
The two leaders made these remarks at the Kasarani Stadium on Sunday.
Inspector general of police, Joseph Boinett has stated that they have evidence of the two leaders stating these remarks and investigations into the matter are ongoing.
"It is wrong and that is why we have launched the probe to get to the bottom of it. We have the video which we are reviewing for action," said Boinett.
The two leaders are already facing incitement charges in court.
Waititu is in court for apparently targeting the Maasai community when he was the area MP for Embakasi whereas, Kuria is facing charges for inciting youths where he encouraged them to attack those who were in opposition of the National Youth Service projects.
